About me: I am a member of the academic staff at the University of Cambridge, where I teach undergraduate physics and some geography, and carry out research on the landscapes of the earth’s polar regions, especially but not exclusively using airborne and spaceborne remote sensing methods. I travel to the polar regions (mainly the Arctic) a lot for fieldwork.
